  • Memorandum of understanding (MOU) between CFF and TUDEV and Tromso University College (TUC) and TUDEV signed. The MoU with Glasgow College of Nautical Studies (GCNS)was signed in April 2005 and the MoU with South Tyneside (STC) is being finalized and is due for signature in the near future.
